Founder & CEO
Josh is a software engineer and bootstrapped entrepreneur who started building web applications professionally over a decade ago. What began as client-facing development work evolved into a broader vision: a portfolio of independent businesses, each generating its own revenue, all operating under a single holding company.
Before founding Kinchito Group, Josh ran Sumtek Solutions, a software development agency that shipped production systems for clients across industries. That experience — building real products for real users — became the foundation for the group's approach: focus on execution, measure results, and only build things that create tangible value.
Today, Josh leads all four divisions of Kinchito Group, from writing code and deploying infrastructure to evaluating investment opportunities and managing affiliate properties. The goal is simple: build businesses that run well, generate income, and compound over the long term.

Corporate Structure
Kinchito Group, LLC is a Wyoming limited liability company. Operating entities are organized as Idaho LLCs wholly owned by the Group.
This structure provides liability isolation between operating entities, tax efficiency through the Wyoming holding company, and a clean organizational framework for future acquisitions or divestitures.
